All our meat is local and fairly raised, hormone free and delicious. We use only sustainable, rainforest alliance certified sugar maple charcoal.

What We Offer
We arrive with hot, fresh food that’s almost ready to serve. Our thermal food carriers keep food hot for hours!
This means that we can maintain quality food, whether your event is at the other end of the city or at the other end of the province. It also means that we do not require access to a kitchen (although a kitchen is a nice-to-have).
Meat is pulled and sliced at the last possible moment in order to retain its quality.
Lots to Choose From
In addition to what’s on our restaurant menu, we offer appetizers such as Greek Salad Rolls, Smoked Salmon & Chèvre Maki Rollups, and bacon-wrapped meatballs. Main course items include Whole Smoked Turkey and our famous Seafood Boil. (Based on the season.) While we’re meat-focused, we’re dedicated to serving great food, and that includes plant-based items. Guests who don’t eat meat can be accommodated.
We refuse to serve asparagus in September and corn in May. We suggest what’s in-season instead. In late summer, our Seafood Boil (including corn) is popular. It’s not just vegetables: We prefer our lamb in the spring. Local ingredients in-season taste better.
Local and Fairly Raised
All our meat is pastured / free range local and fairly raised, hormone free and delicious. We use Canadian sustainable, rain-forest alliance certified sugar maple charcoal. Beef or Chicken can be ordered “kosher style”. While we don’t have a certified kosher kitchen, we are happy to cook kosher briskets and chicken for a small additional fee.
Have van, will travel. We’re based in Toronto but have travelled as far as Sault Ste. Marie to cater a wedding, towing a brand new trailer.
We serve buffet-style and bring staff to manage the buffet table. We can hire or recommend servers and bartenders.
We can help you plan your event by recommending venues, staffing companies that provide bartenders and servers, dessert bakers, photographers, entertainment and more. In our years of catering events such as weddings and birthday parties, we’ve made many contacts. We even know a balloon animal guy who’s also a zookeeper.

Some context to this thank you note: The event was held on the groom’s parents’ property. At the end of the weekend, the groom’s mother hugged us goodbye with positive words. Bourbon accompanies us to out-of-town caters, staying out of the way in comfort and only joins the party if/when appropriate. Most of our clients and their guests fall in love with her.
